Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed with premium shipping (expedited) before 12pm EST (or 9am PST) on a business day will normally be shipped the same day.

We ship most orders through USPS (United States Postal Service), using USPS 1st Class service level for value or standard shipping and USPS Priority for expedited shipping. All orders include a USPS tracking number that allows for online package tracking through the USPS website. Please note that certain orders may require a signature at delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that you will be responsible for any and all charges, including but not limited to taxes, duties and customs clearance fees related to importing and receiving the products you order into the destination country. In the event that such charges are requested by the postal service or courier and are not paid in a timely manner, your order may be returned to us, in which case we will refund the cost of the order, excluding any shipping and/or fulfillment charges.
